Gain tips and tools for room leadership, resilience and team confidence in this interactive webinar with breakout sessions to share thinking and practice.
You have the title, and you might be thinking 'Now what'? Room leadership takes skill, some technical knowledge and a whole heap of resilience to bounce back when things don't go as planned. Designed for room leaders, this webinar provides some great tips and tools to support your role. It offers a range of suggestions to overcome some of the challenges enabling you to be more confident in your work alongside and leading a team of educators. We have also specifically extended this session to allow participants to engage and share ideas thoughts and reflections with each other throughout the session in a number of break-out room opportunities.
Learning goals:

build knowledge specific to the role of the room leader and how this can look in practice
develop strategies for supporting the team, and building a positive team culture through accountability, communication and feedback.
