Event Description
What’s the rush?
Presented by
Philip Butler

Let’s be honest, the pace in early education has crept up on all of us. We move from one activity to the next, one photo to another, one checklist to the next “learning moment.” The day becomes a blur and somewhere in that blur, the joy and depth of children’s learning gets lost.
This webinar is your invitation to pause. To look again at the rhythm of your day, the expectations you’re carrying, and the story your program is really telling. We’ll explore what happens when you let go of the rush, make space for stillness, and allow children (and yourself) to sink into genuine engagement.
You’ll discover strategies for pacing your environment, planning, and documentation so that quality outweighs quantity, and you’ll reflect on the difference between a day that moves children along and one that lets them linger, explore, and return.
Because slowing down isn’t about doing less, it’s about seeing more.
