Developing Dispositions: A contemporary focus on teaching and learning

Children currently in your care and education setting will be between 10-15 years old by the year 2032, by which point statisticians estimate 85% of the employment opportunities will be jobs that currently do not exist. 

Imagine this statistic by the time children in your care intend to choose a career pathway or gain employment.

So how could you possibly support children as lifelong learners and global citizens in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex world? How do you teach to the unknown?
