This webinar is the second of a two-part series designed specifically to support new and aspiring team and room leaders.
In this webinar, we will look at developing team accountability measures and strategies - being accountable to self, each other, and the children and families. Accountability includes, how our actions need to align with our words, how we manage differences of opinion, how we communicate process - specifically documentation and how a team handles change - as a room leader you will be leading that change - leaders set the tone.
