Leaning into our explorations in Part 1, we will now ask ourselves how pedagogical kindness might show up in our intentional planning with and alongside children. In this session, we will unpack some of our long-held practices, such as 'context shifting' (moving children from one thing/space/activity to another) and being fixated on 'outcomes focus', to understand more about how children experience their everyday lives within our settings.
