Grounded in curiosity, the day explores how Floorbooks® can connect learning, reflection and change into one ongoing process. Rather than separating planning, documentation and leadership, you will experience how these come together through dialogue, shared thinking and practice.

We begin with an invitation to notice and respond to children’s curiosity, before extending into how teams work together to make meaning. In the afternoon we explore how this work can lead ongoing, meaningful change. 

In this way, Floorbooks® become more than a documentation tool. They hold the learning, the thinking and the change process over time allowing us to resist the temptation of rushing through our days ticking boxes, and instead, ground ourselves in slow pedagogy where meaning is made with and alongside others.
