This dynamic and engaging three-part webinar series empowers current and emerging room leaders, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and strategies to lead confidently and purposefully. Throughout the series, we’ll explore the essential elements of room leadership, from understanding roles and responsibilities to fostering strong, cohesive teams. You’ll also gain practical tools and insights to elevate planning, create inspiring spaces, and champion meaningful pedagogy.
