This online workshop is designed for new educators to build confidence and gain clarity about their roles and responsibilities. Participants will explore practical strategies for starting their journey with success, learning how to navigate daily tasks, build positive relationships, and establish a foundation for ongoing professional growth. With actionable tips and a focus on seeking and using feedback effectively, this session will empower educators to thrive in their new roles and be the best they can be.
Session Outcomes:
1. Understand Roles and Responsibilities:
Participants will gain a clear understanding of their duties as early childhood educators, including regulatory obligations, professional expectations, and their role in supporting children’s learning and development.
