Description
Refresh & Reinvigorate. Give new strength to your knowledge as you re-enter the profession
PRESENTER: KRISTY O'TOOLE
Returning to the workforce can be daunting for most of us, we may feel a bit out of touch, lack confidence or just unsure of what may have changed in our absence. Early in our career, we are also trying to remember all the content we have learnt and make meaning of the practice we have observed. There are times when we need to really dig down and engage in thoughtful reflections to support our learning and growth. There are also times when a concise review is what we need, a quick run through or check-in. Join this webinar to revisit the framework, legislation and regulations. Refresh your knowledge and understanding of program and practice elements. Feel reinvigorated in your important work as an early childhood professional.
Learning goals:
- Better understand the documents that guide the early childhood profession
