I'm on a management committee? Now what do I do?

This webinar is for any parents or community members who are on a management committee.  Being a member of a management committee comes with responsibility—understanding these responsibilities and being able to translate them into practice is so important. It takes a particular set of skills and know-how – budgets, business plans and human resources. Yet, there is so much more. Being on a management committee also means leading quality. The committee as the approved provider plays a vital role in the centre; the relationships between the committee and the nominated supervisor are critical for the organisation's success. This webinar will support management committees understand their roles and responsibilities and how they can be part of a quality improvement agenda.
