His skills and expertise has seen him work with organisations across Australia and overseas including Columbia University (New York) as well as in France and New Zealand.
Anthony holds expert knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. He is a much sought after facilitator and has delivered over 100 opening addresses at conferences, 150 conference papers and 15,000 professional development programs. Anthony has an exceptional capacity to challenge organisations and people to reflect on how their approaches to communication, leadership, diversity, values, relationships and workplace culture affect their services, businesses and ultimately the community.

Colin Slattery is a Director and founder of Semann & Slattery. He has held a range of senior executive positions with government agencies, the private sector and non-government organisations for over 15 years. For the last 15 years, Colin has been highly sought after as a change facilitator and coach for individuals and organisations. His unique leadership coaching and mentoring style encourages participants to embrace change on a personal level enabling positive change to occur on a professional business level.
His qualifications and experience in management, marketing, training and communications and his own personal style have contributed to program participants experiencing renewed enthusiasm, active participation and heightened respect for their roles and responsibilities.
