This webinar has been designed to be the first of a two-part series designed specifically to support new and aspiring team and room leaders.
The focus of this webinar is to look at some of the skills and attributes a new leader can develop to achieve goals and grow leadership confidence. We will take a close look at the stages of leadership – how you grow a leadership mindset. And the process by which you can support your growth through the leadership ladder. We will also take a brief look at the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) and how it can be the key to unlocking your inner leader.
Completing Room Leadership Part 1 - Growing Leadership Skills and Confidence will contribute one hour of PD that aligns with the NESA (NSW) criteria for Elective PD and addresses:
